You can buy tickets for shows at the Duchess in person at the theatre’s box office, online or by telephone. As you'd expect, seats in the middle of the stalls and front section of the royal circle tend to be the most expensive but they also deliver the finest stage views.

Each audience member must have their own individual ticket and there aren't any cut rates for children's tickets.

Every show ticket includes a £1 levy in with the face value, clearly marked on your ticket. This is your way to support the ongoing success of theatreland, used by the theatre for essential maintenance and restoration so worth every penny.

Buying tickets by phone

Call the box office at the venue itself on 0330 333 4810 for all the help and support you could possibly need as well as ticket sales.

If you want to collect your pre-paid tickets on the day, that's fine. You can do so at the box office any time before the show starts. You must be the cardholder and you'll have to sign for your tickets.

Buying tickets in person

If you would like to book your tickets in person, visit the Duchess theatre’s box office inside the venue. It's open Monday – Saturday, 10.00am-8.00pm.

Buying tickets online

Millions of people buy theatre tickets online, staying safe by choosing an official online retailer with STAR accreditation. STAR stands for Society of Ticket Agents and Retailers and is identifiable by the official STAR logo. They're on your side, will let you know ticket face values up front, tell you about any restricted views before you pay and stand by you if things go wrong. In a nutshell, STAR-affiliated purchases mean your consumer rights are properly protected.

If you want to print your tickets at home instead of collecting them from the box office or having them sent in the mail, it's the most environmentally friendly and cost-effective option. Just ensure that you print all the tickets for your party, one each.

Buying group tickets

Group bookings for 8 or more people qualify for a special discount! Great news for school trips, work outings, friends and family celebrations. For group ticket enquires, call 020 7930 3000.

Buying access tickets

If you are disabled, you and your career are eligible for discounted tickets. Phone the Duchess' access line on 0330 333 4815 to buy tickets and get helpful advice.
